The project makes use of the skills of the University of Naples “Federico II”, making its contribution as a research body (odr) and through the involvement of both the department of Humanities and the department of Physics “Ettore Pancini

each bringing their own specialist skills.

The first is dedicated to training and research in the humanities, embracing areas such as archaeology, cultural heritage, philology, philosophy, literature, languages, psychology, cultural heritage sciences, history and the history of the arts.

The second supervises and coordinates research activities in Physics of the Universe, Physics of the Nucleus and Radiations, Subnuclear and Astroparticle Physics, Theoretical Physics, Applied Physical Methodologies, Structure of Matter and Computer Science within the scope of his expertise .

The size of the University is such as to cover every topic envisaged by the project, from those on the contents of the manuscripts, to those on not only digital technologies, but also those relating to the diagnostics of the (ancient manuscript) artefact.
